NEW YEAR NEW WORKOUT GOALS

Happy New Year everyone! New Year, New Me, New workout goals, who else agrees? The holidays has past and it’s time to get back on track with my fitness routine. I am so excited to get back to being healthy. I get anxiety and keeping my body active helps my body reduce the symptoms of anxiety.

Today I share with you three things that has help me keep on track with me workout.

1. Working out in the morning- For me, working out early morning around 6AM has help me stay more active during the day. I prefer to workout early than later on in the day, because there will be a probability that I won’t have the energy later on. But also, I can get through the day without thinking about taking a time to workout.
2. Find a workout partner- I started working out since my husband has had a gym membership and has not being using it. In order for me to use his membership, I need to attend the gym with him. He has being my workout partner since then, so we both wake up early and help each other stay motivated.
3. Find a reason to work out- My reason to workout is to help me with my anxiety and to stay in shape. Everyone has a different reason to workout, so whatever it is, make sure you stick to it!

I love to own pretty activewear, because it motivates me to wear them and workout. This set was found at Nordstrom Rack for less than $30!

RUFFLE STRIPED ROMPER

Happy Friday friends!

I have recently posted a photo of this outfit on my Instagram on the 4th of July. By the way, how was your 4th of July? Here in NYC, the streets were empty, I was so amazed! I was the most happiest person that day, because I was walking down the streets without anyone bumping into me. How was your city? Did anyone see the fireworks? I loved Jennifer Lopez’s attire for her performance with Gente de Zona. Amazing!  

Well, this stripe baby blue romper is from Amiclubwear. It’s a romper off-shoulder very fun and flirty for those hot summer days. I can dress it up in different ways, but for this particular look I wanted to go semi casual. 😀

My heels are heels that I already had in my closet, but I believe they are from Mandee. The sunglasses my friends, are from ZeroUV very inexpensive and you can shop other collections that are unique and fancy.

First Christmas Inspiration #Outfit

Is that time of the year, where we sit down with family and friends and share our love opening our christmas gifts or waiting for the new year! And like I said on my last post through the month of December I will be blogging on holidays outfits that you can use.

So, on today’s #OOTD is my first christmas inspiration outfit that I am sharing with you all. I am wearing this beautiful cross bodysuit from Windsor that you can adjust or style tying in different ways. My skirt I already had it in my closet which still had the tag on. So I used it specially for this look because it goes perfect for christmas or even for New Years Eve.

Cozy #OOTD

Hi!

Welcome back, I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Did anyone did some Black Friday shopping? I mostly did christmas shopping today with the Cyber Monday sales. I am super excited for the holidays this year. Want to do holidays outfits ideas for all of you. So I will be surfing online and taking advantage of the sales!

Today’s post is on this high boots and jacket. The weather in New York is getting colder and colder. And since I get cold very easily, I like to stay cozy. I fell in love with these two items and both are warm for the weather.

The color on the boots is perfect now for the fall. And you can pair it with anything! They super comfortable to walk on since the heel isn’t very high.

Bienvenido de nuevo, espero que todo el mundo tuvo un gran Día de Acción de Gracias. ¿Alguien hizo compras en Black Friday? La mayor parte de las compras de Navidad las hice realizaron hoy con las ventas de Cyber Monday. Estoy muy emocionada por las fiestas este año. Quiero hacer ideas de trajes para las fiestas para todos ustedes. ¡Así que estaré navegando en línea y aprovechando las ventas!

La publicación de hoy sobre estas botas  y chaqueta. El clima en Nueva York cada vez estas más frío y frío. Y ya que soy frío lenta, me gusta estar abrigada. Me enamoré de las dos piezas y ambos son cálidos para el clima.
